1. You are welcome to cancel your order up to the moment a tracking number is assigned to your order.  Once this tracking number is assigned, the package is out of our possession and in the hands of a 3rd party.  It cannot be retreived.

2. You may return any or all purchased items within 30 days of the purchase and receive a full refund for any unopened and unused items.  

3. After 30 days, you may receive a refund for any unused/unopened item however a 15% restocking fee will apply.

4. Shipping, postage, and handling charges cannot be refunded for any reason at any time.  

5. Shipping fees for any item or items shipped back for return credit at any time, regardless of the purchase date, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
